2. Boarding and Takeoff:

Cabin Crew Manager (Purser):

  • Final Cabin Checks: Ensure that the cabin is secure, all passengers are seated, and the necessary safety checks are completed.
  • Cabin Secure Announcement: Make the cabin secure announcement to inform the cockpit crew that the cabin is ready for takeoff.
  • Crew Seating: Ensure that all cabin crew members are seated for takeoff.

Senior Cabin Crew (Lead Flight Attendant):

  • Crew Coordination: Coordinate with the Purser and other cabin crew members to confirm that all pre-flight tasks are completed.
  • Safety Demonstration: Conduct or oversee the safety demonstration for passengers, highlighting emergency exits, seat belts, and life vests.
  • Seating Checks: Ensure passengers are in their seats with seat belts fastened during takeoff.

Cabin Crew Members:

  • Seat Belts and Seats: Check that all passengers have their seat belts fastened and seats are in the upright position.
