Course Unit Description

This course provides an introduction to the fundamental concepts and principles of travel and tours operations management. Students will explore the various components involved in managing travel and tour operations, including transportation, accommodation, tour planning, customer service, and sustainable practices. Emphasis will be placed on developing the knowledge and skills necessary for effective management in the travel and tourism industry.
