Course Unit Description

This course provides an in-depth exploration of the legal and ethical principles that govern the tourism and hospitality industry. Students will examine the legal frameworks, regulations, and ethical considerations relevant to various aspects of the industry, including customer relations, employment practices, environmental sustainability, and cultural preservation. Through case studies, discussions, and practical exercises, students will develop a comprehensive understanding of the legal and ethical challenges faced by organizations and individuals in the tourism and hospitality sector.
