Learning Outcome 1: "Paper A Exam ~ Pass

You demonstrated a solid operational understanding of how the Island X tour would function in practice, particularly in mapping the guest journey and identifying key suppliers. To strengthen this section further at UK Level 5, you should expand the financial detail by clearly breaking down major cost categories and explicitly explaining how profit margins are protected beyond participant numbers alone.

___
Paper B Term Paper ~ Pass"
For 1.1 and 1.2, you show that you understand the key concepts and theories of travel and tours operations management and can explain them in detail. You use ideas such as tour design, target markets, costing, sustainability, risk, and customer experience in a way that is applied rather than purely descriptive, and you support them with concrete examples from your own tour, especially in your concept outline, pricing strategy and seven-day itinerary. This demonstrates that you are not only familiar with the theory but can also use it to design and justify a realistic tourism product at Level 5.

Learning Outcome 2: Pass
You also satisfy 2.1 and 2.2 by using your tour as a full case study, analysing all the main components and stakeholders involved, and showing how they connect to the operation’s success. Your stakeholder map and CRM mapping show that you recognise who the key players are, how they interact, and what communication is needed to keep the tour running smoothly, which is exactly what is required in a stakeholder-focused group presentation. In addition, your quizzes, post-tour survey and reflections on sustainability and ethics show that you can critically assess how the operation works in practice and suggest sensible improvements, such as strengthening evaluation and feedback loops.

Learning Outcome 3: Pass
For 3.1 and 3.2, your submission functions as a comprehensive operations plan: you integrate marketing (clear positioning and target audience), financial management (itemised cost table and tiered pricing), risk and safety thinking, and customer service (full customer journey in the CRM map) into one coherent package. That demonstrates your ability to apply theoretical management strategies to a practical travel company scenario and to think through how you would make decisions and solve problems in real time.

Learning Outcome 4: Pass
Finally, you meet 4.1 and 4.2 through your tourism-trends infographic and the way you link global trends and challenges to specific IslandX strategies. You analyse how current trends affect the industry, evaluate their impact on your Adriatic product, and propose realistic responses, while also showing you can consider different perspectives and shape innovative, forward-looking solutions.
