This oral examination was divided into three sections, each based on different scenarios. The total time allocated to the learner was 10 minutes. The format included question and answer, situational responses, and a reading passage. The learner was required to introduce herself in Spanish and respond to four situational prompts on topics such as hotel check-in, inflight operations services, and airport check-in. Additionally, the learner was asked to read a passage on one of the following topics: cross-cultural business communication, inflight operations, or handling difficult customers and resolving complaints. The learner demonstrated mastery in Accuracy of Translation, Cultural Appropriateness, Pronunciation and Intonation.
