Course Unit Description
This unit introduces learners to the key principles and practices of managing people and operations within an organisation. It focuses on the relationship between effective people management and operational efficiency to improve business outcomes.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
- Understand the principles of people management.
- Evaluate motivation and performance management techniques.
- Analyse key concepts in operations management.
- Assess workforce planning and organisational development strategies.
