Course Unit Description
This course provides a comprehensive understanding of human resource management principles and practices within the context of the hospitality industry. Students will learn how to effectively manage the diverse workforce, develop recruitment and selection strategies, design training and development programs, implement performance management systems, and handle labor relations issues. The course also emphasizes the importance of legal compliance and ethical considerations in human resource management.
