Course Description
This course is designed to help learners develop self-awareness, build interpersonal and customer-service skills, and prepare for successful careers in customer-facing industries such as travel, tourism, hospitality, business, and administration. Learners will begin by exploring their personal goals and values through vision boards and reflective writing, and progress toward mastering professional competencies such as communication, teamwork, and interviewing. The course blends experiential activities, reflective assessments, and practical skill-building exercises.
