• First Aid and Medical Assistance: Providing basic first aid and medical assistance during in-flight emergencies. Collaborating with on-board medical professionals and seeking support from ground-based medical services when needed.

2. Passenger Service and Comfort:

• In-Flight Service: Conducting in-flight service, including serving meals and beverages, and ensuring a clean and comfortable cabin environment.
• Special Services: Attending to passengers with special needs, such as infants, elderly individuals, or those with disabilities. Providing assistance and personalized services as required.
